a heartfelt stay

ideal location easy arrival cold drinks

The location was ideal, just a short walk to the blue mosque and other historical sites. the staff arranged my airport transfers perfectly, so my arrival and departure were seamless. the room had a fridge, and this was nice for keeping drinks cold. i especially adored the amazing breakfast with its beautiful view. It gave me a radiant start to each day.

the shower sometimes had inconsistent hot water!

our double room sea view included air conditioning and basic amenities such as shower gels, shampoo, and towels. the room was spacious and tidy, this ensured a romantic stay. the beds were particularly comfortable.

the reception staff was very friendly and helpful. the restaurant staff was also super friendly. they gave us tips about local attractions, and were happy to assist with transfers, therefore making our stay so carefree.

central location delicious breakfast friendly staff smooth transport

The location is great. It is a short walk to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. I found this very convenient. Breakfast offered MANY options. Everything tasted delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile. I did arrange airport transportation through the hotel. It was smooth.

The bathroom wasn't organized well. It lacked convenient shelving, though this didn't impact my overall stay significantly.

The rooftop terrace offered panoramic views during breakfast. I observed that it included about twelve tables with umbrellas. There were many flowers around the terrace. This created a VERY relaxing environment.

mixed feelings about this stay

limited options sound insulation

The breakfast was pretty underwhelming. There were limited options. i also found that the soundproofing wasn't great. i could easily hear noise from outside and other rooms. this made it difficult to relax at times plus there was a weird smell, not strong, but it was there.

The bathroom was not well organized. This made it inconvenient. food was not ok at breakfast. Juice was not good either. i was disappointed considering a previous stay. Then the food was blameless.
